Production time

At Aluxprofile we try to ship every order as quickly as possible, that is one of our priorities. We can produce and ship almost all orders within 2-6 business days. For orders where we do not have to cut aluminum profiles, you can depend on a processing time of 2 working days. If you also order custom construction profiles, the delivery time is longer, we have to saw them to size for you. Please take into account a production time of no more than 6 days, even though in most cases we will be able to ship your order sooner.

Delivery time

Immediately after we have completely packed an order, we announce it with our carriers. You will also receive an email with tracking information. In some cases we cannot hand over your order to the carrier on the day of packing. As soon as the carrier has received the package, you can normally expect it at home within 2 working days. In some cases we will ship your order in multiple packages.

Shipping information

We will ship aluminum profiles up to 1500mm and construction profile accessories with DPD in most cases. Depending on the weight, this will be in 1 or more packages.

In most cases we will ship aluminum profiles up to 2500mm with UPS. Depending on the weight, this will be in 1 or more packages.

Larger orders (more than 60kg or longer than 2500mm) usually take longer to arrive. We collect a large quantity of similar orders and then ship them together to reduce shipping costs. If you have opted for express shipping for large orders, your order will be given priority and we will ship it as soon as possible.
